IEEE Malta Section celebrated the outstanding achievements of the Class of 2025 at the IEEE Malta Best Final Year Projects (FYP) 2025 event. The competition showcased the highest-calibre final year projects submitted by graduating students from the University of Malta.
The event featured live presentations from finalists representing the Faculty of ICT and the Faculty of Engineering. Each student presented their project to a panel of expert judges, demonstrating innovation, technical depth, and practical relevance to today’s engineering challenges.
The panel of judges included distinguished academics and professionals: Prof. Carl Debono, Prof. Edward Gatt, Dr. Paul Zammit, and Mr. Michael Azzopardi. The event was hosted by Dr. Conrad Attard, Chair of the IEEE Malta Section, with photography by iCreatemotion Photography.
