How to Join

Ready to advance your career and contribute to Malta’s technological future? Joining is simple:

  1. Visit the official IEEE Join Page: ieee.org/join
  2. Select your membership type (Professional or Student—be sure to select Student if you are currently enrolled to receive the discounted rate).
  3. During the sign-up process, make sure to select Region 8 and the Malta Section (and select your university’s Student Branch if applicable).
  4. Don’t forget to add your societies: Check the boxes for the Computer Society, Power & Energy Society, Women in Engineering (WIE), and/or Young Professionals to get fully plugged into our local active chapters!

Already an IEEE member but new to Malta? Simply update your address and/or university affiliation in your IEEE member profile to automatically be added to the IEEE Malta Section and Student Branch roster.
